- Description
- The work consists of Dredging approximately 200,000 cubic yards of dredging inter-tidal creeks and ponds in the Bolivar Marsh with an 8 or 10 inch swinging ladder or conventional hydraulic cutterhead dredge. This will require the excavation of soft, silty mud and transporting this material approximately 3,000 feet into a confined Placement Area. The estimated completion time is 210 calendar days. Solicitation issue date is 13 September 2007. Bid Opening date is 16 October 2007 @ 2:30 PM in Room 175. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard is $18.5 million and will be a dvertised, 100% HubZone Set-Aside .
