Description: This is a notice of intent of the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC) at Fort Sam Houston TX 78234-5068 to award an interim contract on a sole source basis to Integrity Management Services, Inc. 141 West Dana Suite 100, Nipomo, CA 93444-0976. The contract is to provide hospital housekeeping services at Reynolds Army Community Hospital at Fort Sill, OK for a period of 12 months, from 1 Oct 07 thru 30 Sep 08. The CHCC intends to solicit and negotiate only with Integrity Management Services under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1).
