Description

REQUEST-FOR-QUOTATION (RFQ) The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Rocky Mountain Region is currently seeking potential contractors for a firm-fixed price purchase order for the BIA, Branch of Land Titles and Records, Jameson Federal Building in Billings, Montana 59101-1397. REQUIREMENT: A. New Modular Furniture (See Bid Schedule). B. Delivery shall be Freight-On-Board (FOB) to the BIA, Jameson Federal Building, Billings, Montana. The Cobell Litigation prohibits the BIA from Internet Access or disbursing information electronically. Prior to Award of a contract, vendors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at http://www.ccr.gov and be registered with Dun and Bradstreet at http://www.dnb.com. MAILING AND CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF QUOTATIONS: Due date is 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 12, 2007. Solicitation packages are ready to be mailed. Quotations may be faxed to (406) 247-7908, Attention: Jay Windy Boy, Contract Specialist. This is a Simplified Acquisition requirement; the estimated procurement range for the requirement is under $100,000. This requirement is reserved exclusively for 51% Native American owned business concerns as prescribed in 25 USC 47, the "Buy-Indian" Act. Award will be made to a Native American owned business / contractor whose subsequent quotation is the most cost-effective and advantageous to the Government in terms of cost.
