Description

Subject prospectus has been extended to a response date of September 5, 2007, by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The requirement has been eliminated for AUDITED financial statements for the two most recent fiscal years. The new clause reads as follows: Principal Selection Factor 4. The Financial Capability of the Offeror to carry out its proposal. (Scoring: 0-5 Points) Subfactor 4a: Financial Status and History - (B). Financial statements for the two most recent fiscal years, with all notes to the financial statements are required. However, there is not a requirement for them to be audited. Financial statements should be provided for the Offeror AND all parent companies. Personal financial statements must be provided for any owners of a sole proprietorship or general partners within a partnership. Failure to provide financial statements may render an offer non-responsive.
