- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition two Dewetron Model DEWE-801-B1 and options in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to Dewetron Inc., Wakefield, RI. The Dewetron system has a unique data storage format that couples both digitized sensor data and time-synchronized video into a single data presentation. The ability to directly use the data recorded from flight test activities saves cost and time-consuming data conversion from one proprietary data format to another. Any firms believing that they can provide the product may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
