- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is preparing draft MIL-DTL-24788A, Coupling Assembly, Semi-Dry-Break Quick-Disconnect, Fuel With or Without Continuity Switch. NAVSEA intends to draft specifications and standards to accommodate a variety of design solutions and processes, and to encourage a broad vender base.
