- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, (FISC) Detachment located in Guam intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to upgrade their current CCTV monitoring system. This will include(1) Purchase and Install two PTZ cameras (2) Installation of Encoders and Decoders (3) Restoration and Maintenance of all CCTV, Monitors, Receiver and other related equipments at several locations in Guam. Price shall include all wire, conduit and labor required to complete this requirement. Difference locations will be on listed on the SOW. The NAICS code is 561621 and the business size standard is $11.5 million. The Solicitation No. N6112807RC101YA. This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06 and Defense Change Notice 20020314. Inspection and Acceptance shall be made at Destination by the receiving activity. The offers will be evaluated on the basis of system requirement supportability, past performance, and price.
