- Description
- The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego intends to issue a sole source contract to Motorola, U.S. Federal Government Markets Division for installation and system integration, program management, engineering, training and maintenance services for the Vesta M1 Computer Telephony integration at the Command, Navy Region Hawaii RDC, Pearl Harbor HI. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Note 22 applies, and is modified to read "???all proposals received within 15 days???" (vice 45 days).
