Description
This is a request for information to find out which vendors can make or supply item number 7520-01-166-0878 (memorandum desk holders). Item Purchase Description: Unit Of Issue: Each Description: ITEM NAME HOLDER, DESK MEMORANDUM GENERAL CHARACERISTICS WEIGHTED BLACK PLASTIC TRAY, ANGLED FOR EASY NOTE TAKING, REUSABLE ADHESIVE STRIP ACROSS TRAY, FOR HOLDING 3 INCH BY 5 INCH AND 3 INCH BY 3 INCH POST IT NOTE PADS, WELL SLOT HOLDS TWO 1-1/2 INCH POST IT NOTE PADS. OVERALL SIZE 5.500 INCH W., 4.500 INCH D., 1.500 INCH H. Packaging/Packing: Each Desk Memorandum Holder shall be wrapped or packed with paper, plastic film or cushioning material to protect the product surfaces. The packaged Desk Memorandum Holder shall be packed in a fiberboard box. The complete shipping container shall be in compliance with the Uniform Freight Classification and the National Motor Freight Classification. Marking: For civilian destinations - In accordance with FED-STD-123G, dated June 6, 1997. For military destinations - In accordance with MIL-STD-129P, dated December 15, 2002, and Change 3, dated October 29, 2004. Bar code marking shall be included for both civilian and military destinations. Palletization: IN ACCORDANCE WITH PALLETIZATION REQUIREMENT, DATED 8/15/2004, UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED IN THE CONTRACT OR PURCHASE ORDER. PCM: Certification. The contractor shall certify that if polystyrene is used in the manufacture of the item, the product offered shall include a minimum range of 25 - 80 percent Postconsumer Recovered Materials in accordance with the 40 Code of Federal Regulations Part 247, Comprehensive Guideline for Procurement of Products Containing Recovered Materials; final rule. The Government reserves the right to require proof of such conformance prior to first delivery and thereafter as may be otherwise provided for under the provision of the contract.
