Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services within a five mile radius of the Residential Re-Entry Center located at 1031Wholesale Row, Jackson, MI. 39201. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on date of award through 12 months with four (4) one-year option periods, with service ending (if all options years are renewed) 60 months after date of award. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. Base Period: Estimated Number of Inmates 22: Intake Assessments (one per inmate) 2 each; Individual Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) (24 units per inmate x 22 inmates) 528 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) (72 units per inmate x 22 inmates) 1584 units; Family Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) (12 units per inmate x 6 inmates) 72 units; Mental Health Intake Assessment and Report (one per inmate) 6 each; Medication Monitoring (one per inmate) 10 units; Intensive Outpatient Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) (12 units per inmate x 6 inmates) 72 units; Mental Health/Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) (12 units per inmate x 6 inmates) 72 units; Mental Health/Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) (12 units per inmate x 6 inmates) 72 units. The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work dated June 2006.
