- Description
- The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Non-appropriated fund type contract in support of the Commander Navy Installations Command, Millington Detachment (N944). This procurement action is being processed in accordance with Navy Non-appropriated contracting procedures. The objective of the contract is to obtain a consultant to conduct a search for the best value provider for a Total Retirement Outsourcing (TRO) solution and present to the CNIC Retirement Plan Board of Trustees. The search shall include the delivery of a detailed Performance Work Statement(PWS) and Request for Proposal (RFP) evaluation factors, evaluation of provider proposals, negotiation of rates/services and extensive consultation with Trustees to determine best value provider. Once the TRO vendor has been selected the contractor (consultant) shall provide transition services from current 401K and DB plan administration to TRO administration. The consultant shall also provide periodic Fiduciary education to Trustees and CNIC Plan Administrators. The Period of performance of the resulting contract will be for five (5) months with a provision for an additional thirteen (13) months. The FSC Code is R498 and the NAICS is 541612. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on 31 May 2007. By submitting an offer, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor or the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended of debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency. Failure to do so may be grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-JUN-2007).
