Description

The purpose for this amendment is to add and/or make the following changes. Section 3.0 Lodging a) Remove the word space from the first sentence in the first paragraph. b) Incorporate Contract Line Item Numbers to show the quantity of rooms and the number of nights for each week the rooms are needed in September with the check-in and check-out dates. CLIN 0001 Check In September 3, 2007 Check Out September 14, 2007 Quantity of Rooms = 1 Total Number of Nights = 11; CLIN 0002 Check In September 4, 2007 Check Out September 14, 2007 Quantity of Rooms = 10 Total Number of Nights = 100; CLIN 0003 Check In September 9, 2007 Check Out September 14, 2007 Quantity of Rooms = 1 Total Number of Nights = 5; and CLIN 0004 Check In September 4, 2007 Check Out September 28, 2007 Quantity of Rooms = 7 Total Number of Nights = 168. Section 3.1 a) Change the date for submitting the rooming list to the Hotel from August 30th to August 31st. Section 4.0 Evaluation of Quotations a) Correct the spelling of combined in the first paragraph of 4.1. Section 10.0 Deadline a) Change the time and due date for receipt of quotations to 6:00 p.m., August 30th, and delete the U.S. from beside Washington, DC that is in parentheses. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-AUG-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
