- This procurement is for a Battery, Storage, Nickel-Cadmium, Wet NSN 6140-01-415-0921 which is identified with a Saft America, CAGE 09052, P/N 023430-000. A shelf life of 60 months applies. RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a one year base period plus four (4) additional one-year option periods. The solicitation will cover DLA Direct requirments, FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
