- Description
- Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment to run high voltage line work at Dugway Proving Ground, UT., to bring ac power from power line north side of Burns Road to a facility located alone the Red route gravel road. The distance is approximately 6,600 feet in total length. Electrical power must cross Burns road in accordance with Dugway Proving Ground requirements and then be placed on poles above ground to within 1,000 feet of the new master station complex. At least the last 1,000 of the electric lines must be placed underground to prevent RF interference. The contractor will provide and install a ground based step down transformer and provide electrical metering and 120/240 volt, signal phase, 200 Amp circuit to the building. This solicitation will be available for viewing and/or downloading from website, www.fedbizzops.gov, on or about August 16, 2007, and open to competition. The estimated price is in the range of $100,000 to $250,000. A site showing will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2007. The performance time will be posted in the solicitation.
