- It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM), Office of Acquisitions to transfer funds in support of the Environmental Health Information Outreach Program (EnHIOP)in support of outreach projects at various universities. This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition for Commercial Items and will be made pursuant to the authority in FAR Part 13.5 to use simplified acquisition procedures for commercial acquisitions. The North American Classification System Code is 813920 and the business size standard is $23.0 million. NLM anticipates that awards will be made on or about August 17, 2007 and awards will not exceed $5,000 per action. This is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ), nor is an RFQ available.
