- CANCELLATION NOTICE Request for Information (RFI) HSHQ-07-056 posted on April 13, 2007 for Human Resource Services Support for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Human Capital Office, is hereby cancelled. DHS has made the determination to satisfy this requirement utilizing established procurement vehicles awarded and managed by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Training and Management Assistance (TMA) Division. TMA currently maintains contracts for the types of services that will meet DHS requirements.
