- Amendment 3 to this solicitation is issued as attached. The due date for proposals is extended to August 10, 2007 (see attached). Answers to questions received from industry after the Industry Day at San Antonio are being developed and will be posted shortly. The original solicitation was posted to this website by Joe Carey on June 28, 2007. As stated in the original announcement, all interested parties are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or costs incurred associated with any response received from this SIR. Therefore, any costs associated with SIR submissions will be solely at the interested parties expense.
