- Provide all labor, material and equipment to replace designated roof sections (approximately 11,500 sq ft) on main hospital Building 1, Building 16, and Building 22. New roofs (SBS Modified Bituminous Sheet Roofing) include new aluminum coping cap over existing stone coping or fascia similar to other roofs that have been replaced on existing building. Project includes replacing damaged brick facing on exterior wall of Building 1 located on the rear wall at the sixth floor level and replacement of damaged glass on an existing solarium also located on the sixth floor rear exterior wall. All work shall be completed in accordance with all Federal, State and OSHA regulations. This procurement is 100% set aside for SDVOSB. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238190. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The specifications will be uploaded on/about August 15, 2007; the bid opening will be on/about September 14, 2007.
