- Description
- Solicitation VA-250-07-IB-0068 to replace AC UNIT in building 322, at the Dayton OH VA Medical Center, is now ready for distribution. This has been set-aside for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB). There is a non-refundable charge of $25.00 for each copy of the solicitation, specs and drawings requested. The payment must be in the form of a money order, or cashier's check. No other form of payment will be accepted. All requests for these documents must be in writing. The estimated construction rage is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The NAICS code is 238220 and business size standard is $13 mil. There will be a ONE TIME ONLY SITE VIST ON AUGUST 16, 2007 and the information is in the solicitation, bring your plans and specs. All interested parties MUST PRE-REGISTER IN ORDER TO ATTEND. This is a sealed bid procurement, with a bid opening date of September 6, 2007 at 2:00 P.M.E.S.T. in building 408, 1st floor conference room. Building 408 is on Kentucky Avenue and is also known as the Colonel Harris Building. Bid bonds, Payment and Performance Bonds are required. Interested parties must be registered in Vetbiz, CCR and ORCA. The websites are listed in the previous announcement.
