- Description
- Provide engineer services to complete the design of a project to modernize elevators at the VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas. The design considerations may include, but not be limited to: 2 Patient elevators, 1 Cart lift for surgical supplies, 3 Freight elevators, 2 Passenger elevators - administrative areas, Upgrade elevator controls to current standards, Modernize elevator cab to include new lighting, flooring and wall panels. Evaluation consideration will be as follows: (1) specialized experience of the firm on similar contracts; (2) past record of performance on similar contracts; (3) geographic location of facilities of the working office; (4) specific experience and qualifications of personnel proposed for assignment to the project. Consideration is restricted to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Firms desiring consideration should submit an SF330, Architect-Engineer Qualifications on or before August 31, 2007. Award is subject to availability of funds. This is not a request for proposals.
