- The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Edwards Life Sciences, PO Box 11150, 17221 Red Hill Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 97211 for Vigileo and Vigilance II monitors and accessories. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements.
