- The title for the construction solicitation published on Fedbizopps on 7/31/07 reads as follows: "Z--Seismic Upgrade of 25,000 square foot buildinglocated at the Portland VA Medical Center.ONLY SERVICE-DISABLE, VETERAN-OWNED SMALLBUSINESSES SHOULD RESPOND TO THIS NOTICE!!!" This special notice is to advise all interested parties that the solicitation published on Fedbizopps on 7/31/07 allows for unresticted competition. It is NOT set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The correction to the Title shown on the Fedbizopps website is shown in the attachment to this notice.
