- The Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration has a requirement to provide Concrete Grave Liners and Installation for Camp Butler National Cemetery, 5063 Camp Butler Road, Springfield, IL 62707. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to furnish and install concrete grave liners. Contract is for a Base Period with four (4) One-Year Options(if exercised). This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 327390 is applicable. This procurement shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 12 commercial item procedures and in conjunction with FAR 15.
