- Description
- The VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics (VA SORCC) located in White City, Oregon is currently soliciting for services of a dental lab to provide all supervision, supplies and labor necessary to fabricate removable prosthesis, partial denture frameworks and process and finish dentures and partials as prescribed by the VA dentist. VA will provide suitable models for cast frameworks, and waxed up dentures and partials for processing. The length of elapsed time between pickup from VA SORCC and return delivery of completed case shall be determined by the next available appointment not sooner than seven (7) working days. The contract has a base period with an opportunity of 4 option years subject to the availability of funds. This is a service type contract. An RFQ solicitation is anticipated to be awarded no later than September 1, 2007. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339116 with a small business size of 500 employees.
