- Synopsis Work consists of, but is not limited to, Installing one 600 pair of 24AWG outside plant direct bury telephone cable, one 300 pair of 24AWG outside plant direct bury telephone cable and one 25 pair of 24AWG outside plant direct bury telephone cable at Dyess AFB, TX. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The selection of a successful contractor will be based on lowest price resulting in best value to the Government. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 with a small business size standard of $13 million. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive small business offerors will be considered by the agency.
