- This is notification of a planned Industry Day II for the Hard Target Void Sensing Fuze (HTVSF) System. This second industry day will take place in Bldg 614, Conference Room 200, Eglin AFB, FL on 16 August 2007, beginning at 8:00 a.m. CST. A map with directions to Bldg 614 will be posted on this site. The primary purposes of Industry Day II are to provide updated information, discuss draft documentation, clarify points of confusion, and exchange feedback with potential offerors. Those wishing to participate in this industry day must provide to Mr. Steve Wall, listed below, the names of prospective attendees and their position/title no later than 4:00 p.m. CST, 9 August 2007. The name, phone number, and e-mail address of your point of contact must also be included. One-on-one discussions with Government personnel will also be held on 16 August 2007, and will be limited to those potential offerors who plan to propose as prime contractors for the HTVSF System Joint Concept Test and Demonstration effort. It is the responsibility of those proposing as prime contractors to identify which, if any of their industry partners will participate with them in the one-on-one discussions. Each industry team will be limited to 90 minutes for their one-on-one session. Your desire to have such discussions must be submitted in writing (e-mail is acceptable) to the points of contact listed below, no later than 4:00 p.m. CST, 9 August 2007. Your notification must also include the names of those industry partners who will participate in the one-on-one discussions. You will be notified by COB 10 August 2007 of the time and location for your discussions. It is the responsibility of industry to monitor the www.FedBizOpps.gov site for the release of any follow-on information. Attendance at the scheduled industry day and any discussions/release of information is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information or costs associated with travel.
