- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT that the Government intends to make Sole Source award, in accordance with FAR 12 as authorized by FAR 6.302-1a(2)(iii), to RedSky Technologies, 925 W. Chicago Ave., Ste. 3, Chicago IL 60622-5411. RedSky Technologies is considered the only source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for the Maintenance and support of the E911 system at Buckley AFB CO. This service is provided for all base populace. Performance will begin 1 Oct 07. This procurement is being issued with a North American Commercial Code of 511210 and Size Standard of $6.5M. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
