- The U.S. Army, Soldier System Center, Kansas Street, Natick, Massachusetts 01760, has a requirement to provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to supply and install a high pressure steam boiler system for Building 36 and connect to existi ng high pressure steam piping for kitchen equipment. Modification of existing low pressure steam heating system in accordance with specifications and drawings. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220. This requirement is set aside one hundred per ce nt for hub zone contractors. The government envisions the use of a firm fixed price contract. The magnitude of the project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Drawings will be provided at the site visits to be held on 23 and 30 August 2007. The site vi sit will commence at 9:00 AM. Period of performance is one hundred twenty days. This requirement is subject to the Davis Bacon Act.
