- Site visit 27 July 2007, 11 AM central time. further site visits are on a request basis only. 2. Responses to questions: a. What is the distance from center of road to manhole/duct run? Min 40ft, max 75ft. b. What is duct count? 6 way 4-in conduit c. EPA distance from creek for bore? Min 25-ft on either side of creek. Contractor must estimate the number of trees and which trees to cut and include in BID price. DPW is required to cut the tree(s). Steel pipe is required for boring under the creek bed and roads (not galvanized pipe). d. What is POP? 90 days. e. Will government entertain alternative routes? No (see FAR 52.214-18) 3.
