- The Army Contracting Agency at Fort Polk, Louisiana will issue a request for quote (RFQ) to award a firm-fixed price 100% small business set-aside contract for providing parts washer's rental, service and maintenance at Fort Polk Louisiana. Vendor m ust meet all Federal, State, and Local Laws concerning the handling of parts washer solvent and paint waste. Manage/remove used solvent as a non-regulated material as part of the continuous use program and have the state of Louisiana's permission to do so . Solvent must meet PRF 680-H standard. Vendor must possess Federal, State, and Local transportation licenses and endorsements and be ISO 1400I certified. The resulting contract will be for a 1 year base period of 01 Sep 07 through 31 Aug 08 with a one- year option period if exercised. NAICS Code is 562211. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of 03 Aug 2007 and an approximate due date of 15 Aug 2007. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted and available for view and download at http://www .jrtc-polk.army.mil/doc in addition to ASFI as no paper copies will be issued. No telephonic or facsimile quotes will be accepted. Quotes may be submitted through ASFI, if ASFI allows the submission. Interested parties should review their Commercial and Government Entity Codes (CAGE Codes) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR).
