- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for 6each PS80 or comparable Power Supply 28VDC, rated at 80 Amps or comparable, and 6each 16 ft. Cables with NATO single-pin Tank Plug connector. Please include shipping cost if any. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 334419 with a size standard of 500 employees. We prefer to make payments by VISA credit card. If you do not accept VISA, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/). Award shall be made to the technically acceptable, low price proposal. You shall submit commercially available literature on you unit tat demonstrates that all of the above capabilities are met. From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-3, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5, FAR (52.203-6 Alt I, 52.219-14, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-3 5, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33, 52.232-36).
