- Notice of Intent to Award the Purchase of History of Acquisition in the Department of Defense, Vol 4, The Post-Cold War Era, 1981-1990 from Lassman, Thomas C. The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), Army Contracting Agency, intends to negotiate o n a sole source basis with Lassman, Thomas, located at 2729 Ordway Street NW APT 1, Washington, DC 2008-5052 to provide History of Acquisition in the Department of Defense, Vol 5, The Post-Cold War Era, 1981-1990 services support to assist to the United S tates Army Center of Military History. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(2). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability statements no later than 7 August 07 3:00pm EST. The capability statements should include the c ompany name, address, contact information, business size, and detailed explanation of how your organization can meet the requirement described herein. All statements should be submitted via email to Ms. Yong N. Foston, Contract Specialist at yong.foston@ hqda.army.mil. Individual responses containing company proprietary information must be marked accordingly. Such information will not be released outside the Government. Furthermore, the Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential dama ges for any technical information identified (e.g., limited and/or restricted rights).
