Description
The U.S. Research, Development and Engineering Command Acquisition Center (RDECOMAC) has a requirement for iScout Sensor systems in support of the Rapid Equipping Force. This proposed procurement is Unrestricted. The Government intends to procure t hrough Simplified Acquisition Procedures (commercial items) under NAICS 541710 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This request for proposal requires separate technical and cost proposals to be evaluated for award. Competitive proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation package. Large Business Firms are required to submit a subcontracting plan with their proposals. All responsi?ble sources may submit a quote which shall be consid?ered by t he agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors reque sts for this solicitation will be performed through ASFI (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). The on-line version of the RFP includes all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of this RFP will be issued. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor the Army Single Face to Industry web site on a regular basis for any updates to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract. Information regarding registration can be obtained from the Business Partner Network site in the CCR link at https://www.ccr.gov/. Contractors are also required to complete online representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certi fications Applications (ORCA) portal at https://orca.bpn.gov/, prior to the RFQ closing date.
