- The U.S. Army JM&L LCMC-Picatinny, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 has a requirement for the manufacture, inspection, testing and delivery of the following items in accordance with the Technical Data Package (TDP); a portion of which is contractor owned/proprietary. Remote Activation Munition System (RAMS) ?? Firing Device, Demolition: Radio Type, M152 (RAMS) ?? Receiver, Radio, Firing Device: Electric Blasting Cap Actuating, M16 ?? Receiver, Radio, Firing Device: Non-electric Blasting Cap Actuating, M17 ?? Trainer, Receiver, Radio, Firing Device: Non-Explosive, M85 ?? Adapter, Shock Tube Initiator, XM50 (STI) ?? Firing Device, Demolition: Radio Type, MK152 (RAMS) ?? Receiver, Radio, Firing Device: Electric Blasting Cap Actuating, MK16 Time Delay ?? Sympathetic Detonator (TD-SYDET) ?? Firing Device, Demolition: Time Delay Sympathetic Detonator (TD-SYDET), M153 ?? Training Kit, Demolition: Time Delay Sympathetic Detonator, M316 Time Delay Firing Device II (TDFD II) ?? Firing Device, Demolition: Time Delay Firing Device, MK65 ?? Trainer (part # 636HN2000) It is the Government??s intent to satisfy this requirement by awarding a five (5) year Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a sole source basis to Raytheon Technical Services Company, Indianapolis, IN. The authority being utilized is FAR 6.302-1(a) (2)(ii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available on or about August 2007 at http://procnet.pica.army.mil. See Numbered Notes 22 and 26.
