- This proposed procurement is A TOTAL HUBZONE SET-ASIDE; NAICS 237110 with a small business size standard of not to exceed $31.0 million average annual receipts over the preceding three fiscal years. Estimated cost of construction $5,000,000.00 to $1 0,000,000.00. The NAICS code 237110 is assigned with a size standard of $31.0M. Construction completion is 250 calendar days. Work consists of construction of a storm water interceptor sewer with an underground, cast-in-place concrete 1,000,000 gal dete ntion basin to divert runoff away from the Millennium Site Development, Relocation of some existing underground utilities are included.
