- Description
- Furnish all labor, material, fittings, tools, power, lubricants, fuel, water etc. required to drydock and repair Barge No. 6588. This is an all steel deck barge. Length is 110', beam is 32', molded depth is 9'. The work to be performed includes ult rasonic hull inspection, plate replacement, weld repairs, hull cleaning, sandblasting and painting. The Government will deliver the barge without cost to the successful bidder anywhere on the Gulf Coast between Panama City, FL and the Mississippi-Louisiana state line, and anywhere on the Tennessee River between Paducah, KY and Chattanooga, TN. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 336611. To qualify as a small business under this code, a firm must have no more than 1000 employees.
