Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propos als are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number: W9114F-07-T-0195 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Fed eral Acquisition Circular 2005-18. (iv) Not a set-aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 421450 (v) The Europe Regional Contracting Office has a requirement to purchase the following items: Descripti on of requirements for the items to be acquired: CLIN 0001 Airway Management Trainer, Infant, P/N 250-00250, brand name or equal, Quantity 4 each.
