- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propos als are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number: W9114F-07-T-0198 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Fed eral Acquisition Circular 2005-18. (iv) Not a set-aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 339115 (v) The Europe Regional Contracting Office has a requirement to purchase the following items: Descripti on of requirements for the items to be acquired: CLIN 0001 Humphrey Field Analyzer, P/N HFA7501, brand name or equal, Quantity 2 each. Requirement shall include installation and training. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquire d: Electrical Requirements 220V/50Hz; 2 copies each of Operator and Maintenance/Service Manuals in English Language; Display, Control Labels and ALL Software Version Copies must be in English Language for operating and subsystem components. (vii) The pl ace(s) of delivery and acceptance will be USA MEDDAC Heidelberg, Bldg 3603, Heidelberg 69126, Germany. All offerors must quote FOB Destination, USA MEDDAC Heidelberg. Required delivery date is 30 days after receipt of order. (viii) The following Clauses and Provisions apply to this requirement: FAR 52.204-7. Central Contractor Registration; FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; (ix) FAR 52.212-2 is not used.
