- Request for Proposals, NAR070115, Accounting Clerks to Process Emergency Firefighter Timesheets at the National Interagency Fire Center, in Boise Idaho for one Base Year with Four Option Years. Solicitation number NAR070115 applies and will be issued as a Request for Proposals on or about August 7, 2007 for the following requirements. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS) and The National Park Service (NPS) all have a requirement for accounting clerk services to provide emergency firefighter timesheet processing at the National Interagency Fire Center in Boise, Idaho. Performance will begin on approximately 10/01/2007 and will be for a Base Year that will be completed approximately 09/30/2008, four option years will be included in the solicitation. Required clerical support job classifications will include Accounting Clerk IV, Accounting Clerk III and General Clerk III. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The standard NAICS classification is 561320. Size standard is $12.5 million. Proposals are due August 23, 2007 by 2:00 PM Denver Local Time. Proposals shall include the following items: 1) Pricing Schedule including unit price. 2) Any prompt payment discount terms. 3) Completed 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (provided in the solicitation) 4) List of three most recent customers having similar requirement (provide name, telephone number, and point of contact). 5) Include TIN and DUNS Number. 6) Proposals must be signed.
