- Project consists of site development work for a parking lot and building features near Oak Harbor, Ohio. Work consists of furnishing all materials, labor and equipment necessary to layout site; perform minimal earthwork; asphalt pavement; culverts; catch basins; under-drains; concrete curbs; broom finished sidewalks; parking lot timber bollards and gates; wood benches; masonry seating wall; landscaping; seeding, electrical work; light fixtures for parking and walkway lighting, and other miscellaneous work. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted with regards to business size under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238990, All Other Speciality Trade Contractors, with a size standard of $13.0 million. The solicitation package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://fedbizopps.gov on or about 08/15/07with bid opening scheduled for on or about 09/14/07. This solicitation will NOT be available in hard copy. No telephone requests for the solicitation can be accepted. The electronic solicitation package will consist of separate files for the standard form used for the submission of a bid, a bidding schedule, the specifications, the drawings, and the prevailing wage determination.
