- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for a HUBZONE Certified contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to initiate and complete construction for the installation of a new water line at the Patuxent Wildlife Refuge Center (PWRC) located in Laurel, Maryland. Project must be completed, to include cleanup, no later than December 31, 2007. Contract specifications and drawing will be available with the solicitation. The solicitation will provide four (4) scenario's for performing the project. Contractors shall provide pricing for each scenario listed. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SELECT THE METHOD (SCENARIO) BY WHICH TO PROCEED AT TIME OF AWARD. A site visit is scheduled for August 14, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. All interested contractors are strongly encouraged to attend. See solicitation for instructions on who to contact regarding the site visit. ALL TECHNICAL QUESTIONS SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO SALLY STEPHENS AT scstephens@usgs.gov NO LATER THAN AUGUST 19, 2007. "07ERQQ0157" MUST BE IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF ALL CORRESPONDENCE. ANSWERS SHALL BE PROVIDED VIA AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION. The NAICS code is 237110-Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $25,000 - $100,000. Request for Solicitation No. 07ERQQ0157 will be available on the website: www.ideassec.nbc.gov, on or about August 6, 2007.
