- Description
- The project involves 20,000 sf of administrative and production space within a 60,000 sf open plan second floor; and a sprinkler system througout the second floor and 66,000 sf open plan first floor. The work consists of metal stud/gypsum board partitions, hollow metal doors and frames, ceilings, flooring, painting, sprinkler system, plumbing, HVAC, electrical power, lighting, and incidental related work. A WV contractors license is required. Construction documents will be available on or after August 13, 2007. To obtain a complete set of construction documents, please send an e-mail request to Lisa.Wildman@ATK.com and follow up with payment in the amount of $100(check made payable to ATK), and mailed to 210 State Route 956, Rocket Center WV 26726.
