- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) has a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-05-G-0001 with McDonnell Douglas Corporation (MDC), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boeing Company. MDC possesses the expertise and capabilities required for successful integration of the required hardware and services in support of the T-45 Training System (T-45TS). Therefore, NAVAIRSYSCOM intends to issue a firm-fixed price delivery order under N00019-05-G-0001 to procure FY07 Spare and Peculiar Parts Part 2 for the T-45TS aircraft and simulators.
