N/A!! 16. N/A!! 17. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) PMA-202 intends to award a Delivery Order on a Sole-Source basis to Raytheon Technical Services Corporation (RTSC). This Task Statement defines the requirements for production, packaging and delivery of a Lockout Clip for use with the AN/PRC-149 series radio sets. The Lockout Clip shall be designed and manufactured such that when installed, the lockout clip shall be firmly secured to the radio set and remain secured when subjected to aircrew movement during normal flight operations. When installed, the lockout clip shall prevent inadvertent activation of the radio set. The lockout clip shall be designed for repeated use. The Navy intends to award a Sole-Source, Firm Fixed Price Delivery Order for this requirement with an anticipated October 2007 Delivery. This synopsis is for information purposes only.*****
