- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis quantity 1 each, slip table repair. This requirement is sole sourced to Ling Electronics in support of Kimball Industries slip table due to proprietary rights to the Kimball Industries slip table designs. This repair provides urgent support of delayed testing that directly affects delivery of hardware to the Fleet. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
