- The Regional Contracting Office, SW, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton is soliciting sources to perform onsite annual flow testing of 80 each Survivair Panther Standard SCBA harness and masks, and 47 each Survivair Panther CBRN SCBA harnesses and masks located at Fire Stations #1 and #10, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California for the period of 15 August 2007 through 30 September 2007 (base year) with option to extend four (4) one (1) year period of option years. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is only an announcement; proposals are to be requested and a written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation Number is M00681-07-T-0115 and issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The procurement is a small business set-aside. The Federal Supply Classification Code is 4210. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561990 and the business size standard is $6.5 million. The anticipa ted contract will be Firm Fixed Price. Responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration. The Government anticipates a solicitation issue date of 01 August 2007. The solicitation can be downloaded from the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website, www.neco.navy.mil. Interested parties should submit a proposal to the Regional Contracting Office, SW no later than 10 August 2007, 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
