- NACIS 423490 The United States Environmental Protection Agency intends to award a sole source fixed price purchase order for 17 each ProteinChip CM10 Array, A-H format from Bio-Rad Inc, Hercules, CA. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1) Only one source reasonably available at this time. All interested parties who believe that can provide the required services should fully explain their capabilities and qualification in writing within 10 days from the date of this announcement and provide pricing that is sufficient to make determination that competition is feasible. The intent of this synopsis is to determine if any sources(s) exists, therefore, no solicitation (RFQ) is available. All responses or question regarding this posting must be in writing and can be sent via email to Rogers.Lisa@epa.gov. No phone calls will be accepted. This sole source procurement will be awarded as a simplified acquisition for commercial items in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.
