- Dispenser, Pancake, shall have a minimum of 8 portion-controlled dial settings with a minimum deposit range of 1/2 to 3 ounces. The hopper shall of a approximate capacity of 5-1/2 pounds of batter. Dispenser shall be primarily aluminum and stainless steel construction and shall be in accordance with the Item Purchase Description (IPD) in the solicitation. This procurement requirement when awarded will be for a five (5) year Standing Quote Agreement (SQA).
