Description

MODIFICATION: WESTERN DELINEATED AREA BOUNDARY EXPANDED FROM I-65 TO I-64, ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS, AND THE RESPONSE DATE, REMAIN THE SAME. The United States Government is expressing interest in locating warehouse space within the Jeffersonville, Indiana area. This area is defined as follows: North: I-265, East: Ohio River, South: Ohio River, West: I-64. The purpose of this advertisement is to seek information from property owners willing to provide approximately 46,000 square feet of rentable warehouse space using a common area factor of 1.15% within the above boundaries. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 40,000 square feet of occupiable or useable space, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. A lease is required for four (4) years, two (2) years firm. Warehouse space offered must meet the following requirements: 1.) Must have a loading dock capable of accommodating 20 foot box trucks, 2.) Must have a minimum ceiling height of 14 ft, 3.) Must have a concrete floor and foundation, 4.) Must have fire suppression system(s), 5.) Must be heated space 6.) Must have existing, or upgradeable, electrical system able to accommodate forklift charging stations 7.) Any hazardous materails present such as lead, asbestos, etc., must be fully managed and encapsulated as per OSHA requirements and any other applicable state and federal laws.
