- Description
- The General Services Administration, Public Building Service (PBS) intends to make an award under Simplified Acquisition, FAR Part 13, to Dennis Eisen & Associates under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is to do financial modeling of unique real estate scenarios that are part of GSA's Capital Investment and Leasing Program. The Automated Prospectus System (TAPS) is the primary financial justification used by the Office of Management and Budget when deciding whether to construct, repair, or lease space on behalf of Federal agencies. The proposed contract is for services from which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. The NAICS code is 541511. Interested persons must submit a 2 page qualification statement which clearly demonstrates the capability to provide the services of this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The government will consider all responses received by 12:00 pm e.s.t. August 15, 2007. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
